Membership costs $25 annually and is renewable on January 1st.  

• Resident members must own property with deeded waterfront access to Franklin Pierce Lake. Resident members have voting rights.
• Nonresident associate members need not own property on Franklin Pierce Lake, but must care about preserving the quality and character of the lake and support the goals of the association. Nonresident associate members don't have voting rights.

Membership is per household. Newsletters and other correspondence are sent to up to two email addresses associated with each member account.
